By accessing or using Massive Edge Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Massive Edge provides sports statistics, analytics, AI-powered stat card generation, and related tools via a web platform and API. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Content you create using the Service (stat cards, exports, reports) is yours. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Massive Edge Analytics. Free-tier exports include a Massive Edge watermark.
We strive to provide accurate sports data but do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The Service should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions, including sports betting. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massive Edge Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
